Access to our Trained Staff
We have staff available to assist you through the cremation process by phone 24/7. You are not alone and we are here to help.
We send you all the forms and authorizations you will need via email or fax for your convenience. This allows you to complete the process from anywhere, even if you don’t live locally.
The state of Michigan requires a cremation container to be used. We provide a state approved container for your loved one for cremation to take place.
A cremation permit is required through the medical examiner in the county the death occurred. The fee for this permit is included and we will take care of this process to ensure all of the necessary permits are obtained.
The cost of cremation charged by the crematory is included in all package prices.
Death Certificate Filing
We file the death certificate with the state of Michigan. This does not include a certified copy. To obtain a certified copy of the death certificate additional fees apply.
Notifying Social Security
We will notify Social Security of your loved ones passing.
Return of Cremated Remains
Once the cremation process is complete, we will ship your loved ones cremated remains to you in a temporary container.
Additional Options Available:
Picking up cremated remains at our physical location by appointment Monday-Friday
Delivery of cremated remains to a location, available Monday- Friday 10 AM- 4 PM
Picking up or delivery of cremated remains on the weekend
